Tapping /EFT PDF Print E-mail

It’s sometimes referred to EFT for short or the Emotional Freedom Technique, but you may have also heard it called “tapping” as it is sometimes referred to. Whatever it’s called the principle is the same and the main thing is that it works. It is something you can do all by yourself with a little guidance in a very short space of time, without having to visit a practitioner.

When I first try to explain it, you might think it is all a bit strange and I’m fairly sure too that the first time you do it you will think it even more strange, I know I did, but believe me it really really works and it can clear blockages that have been holding you back for years. The Universe is made up of energy and EFT or tapping helps move energy along the meridian points which run through our body. Meridian points are also used in Acupuncture and it is now accepted by the medical profession that acupuncture is beneficial and actually works, where as many years ago it was all very much taboo. I feel the same thing will happen with tapping and in years to come we’ll all be doing it.

So by tapping on certain parts of the body where the meridian points are helps shift the blockages as well as benefiting us in lots of other ways. It is a little bit like acupuncture without the needles and works on the same principle but as well as tapping you repeat affirmations at the same time. There is no scientific proof explaining why it works but it really does work.

People have been cured of phobias which the have had all through their life in a matter of minutes.

You can see a video on tapping if you click on the Video tab in the top main menu.
