The Law of Attraction is always working whether we believe it or not. Life is our playground and we attract the things that happens into our lives through our thoughts depending on what those thoughts happen to be. You may never understand why something happened the way it did, so dont drive yourself crazy trying trying to figure it out. Just accept it as a lesson, try to learn from it and move on.

When life is good we sometimes have a tendancy to think we dont deserve it. So we sabotage it unintentionaliy by thinking things like "Wow, life is wonderful right now, surely it can't last", instead of thinking, "Wow life is wonderful right now, thankyou Universe, things can only get better". I've explained in my book "Life is for Living" that sometimes we get ill, are incapicated or break up in relationships so that we can spend time alone and connect with our intuition / higherself to get guidance on taking the right path. It can feel difficult at the time but if we use that time wisely and stop busying ourselves with distractions such as TV, newspapers, electronic devices, telephones and social networking sites, we will eventually see that whatever happened in our life happened for a reason. You might not know what it is until further down the line, but eventualy it will become clearer.

We know we need to look after our bodies and some people detox from time to time, but we also need to detox our minds.Try to ensure that your positive and optimistic thoughts wildly out-number your fears, regrets and negative thoughts and you'll be well on the way to a happier life.

Peace and Love.

Debbie
